My Coaching

One-to-one Coaching

My approach, Inside Out Thinking™, starts with what is happening internally before translating that clarity into external impact.

I work with leaders to strengthen self-awareness and self-trust so they can lead with clarity, confidence and impact. The result is leadership that is both human and high-performing.

Through our work together, leaders typically shift how they:

Think – from reactive to strategic
Feel – from self-doubt to grounded confidence
Act – from firefighting to intentional leadership

Group and Team Coaching

The most meaningful achievements are rarely individual. They are collective such as putting a man on the moon or mapping the human genome.  

 

Bringing academic insights from group dynamics and systems thinking theory, alongside practical leadership experience, I create environments where teams can think well together, challenge constructively and raise their collective performance.

Cascade Coaching

Cascade coaching helps organisations embed a coaching culture and build leadership capability at scale. Leaders learn coaching skills, apply them in real time and pass them on through everyday conversations. Over time, this creates a culture where ownership, accountability and growth are shared. The result is a more inclusive, engaged and high-performing organisation.

My Credentials

Why I like being made redundant

I don’t believe coaching should last forever. I’m not interested in creating dependency.  My aim is to help you think clearly and confidently enough that you no longer need me.

Coaching is not just about resolving the issue in front of us. It is about strengthening thinking skills you can apply again and again. Noticing patterns. Sharpening judgement. Building the kind of self-trust that turns experience into insight across different situations.

One of my favourite moments is when a client says, “I know what you’re going to ask next.” That tells me they are already thinking independently. It is often a sign our work is nearly complete.

Certifications

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, a globally recognised standard of coaching excellence.

 

I hold an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change, grounding my work in behavioural science and rigorous academic research.

 

I am also Hogan certified, drawing on Hogan assessments where appropriate to offer leaders a clear, evidence-based view of their strengths, potential derailers and leadership impact.
