When I eventually found my voice, it came with a lisp. My relationship with words has never been casual. It’s been intentional.
That experience shaped how I work today. I listen carefully. I ask thoughtful questions. I create space for you to think clearly and articulate what is truly at stake.
Professionally speaking
I am a growth coach, behavioural scientist and speaker working with senior leaders navigating complexity and change.
I spent 25 years in senior marketing roles at Unilever and Heinz, leading in commercially demanding environments where performance mattered. I understand both the pressure and the privilege of leadership.
Coaching built on that foundation. My Masters research at Henley Business School explored the behavioural enablers of self-trust and courageous leadership. That work became the INTREPID toolkit, which underpins my programmes today.
I work with senior leaders when the decisions are not straightforward and the stakes are meaningful. That is where we slow the thinking down before acting with conviction.
